Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping

We offer FREE US shipping on all 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. Standard shipping fees apply to single-bottle orders.

Shipping Times

United States

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days from date of order
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.

International Orders

• Canada: 7-14 business days · shipping fees apply
• UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand: 10-18 business days · shipping fees apply
• Other international destinations: 12-24 business days · shipping fees calculated at checkout

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the checkout price.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package through:

• The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• The carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination)

Discreet Packaging

Every VitalFlow order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product branding, imagery, or descriptive text on the exterior of the package.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order at support@vitaliflow.com. Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot change the shipping address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed at pickup location, etc.), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please:

1. Check the tracking status through the link in your confirmation email
2. Check with your neighbors and other household members
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
4. If still unresolved after 3 business days past the expected delivery date, contact our support team at support@vitaliflow.com

Shipping to PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes within the United States via USPS. Expedited shipping options may not be available for PO Box addresses.
