Every VitalFlow order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact our customer support team within 60 days of your original purchase date to request a refund of the purchase price.
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Ship the bottles back — even if they are empty — to the return address our support team will provide.
- Receive your refund within 3-5 business days of the returned product being received at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
What Is Covered
- Full refund of the purchase price of VitalFlow products
- Applies to 1-bottle, 3-bottle, and 6-bottle packages
- No questions asked — we honor the guarantee regardless of your reason
What Is Not Covered
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refund requests received more than 60 days after the original purchase date
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (buy only from vitelflow.com to ensure your order is covered)
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the damage where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled — but the 60-day money-back guarantee still applies after delivery.
